In 2023, Moon Coffee opened its doors — and its view — to Lipa City. Positioned right beside the STAR Tollway in Brgy. Bulacnin, it became the first café in the city where you could sip your coffee while watching headlights streak through the night below.
The name wasn't accidental. Moon Coffee was designed for the hours when most cafés close — a late-night destination that turns the sky, the stars, and the passing rush of the expressway into ambiance. Bamboo groves, string lights, and a bonfire pit replace the usual café formula with something closer to glamping.
What started as one branch quickly became a gathering place for Lipa's late-night crowd: college students, couples, families, and anyone who knew that the best conversations start after 5PM.
